Refund policy

Ginger's Bread and Treats does not accept returns for any products for any reason.

No refunds will be given for any products that have completed the production process.

For shipping customers: No cancellations, refunds or order edits of any kind will be accepted after a shipping label has been created by Ginger's Bread and Treats. 

For in person transactions: No refunds will be given for any products after the products have been received by the customer. No refunds will be given for pick up orders after the pick up order day and time has passed. No cancellations of pick up orders will be accepted after the pick up order day and time has passed.
