• When will my order ship?

    Your order will ship out within a few business days of when your order is placed. Check for updates on the "Track My Order" tab!

    You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships!

    *During the Holiday season, 1-2 days may be added to your order shipping out.

  • How many treats and drinks should I have a day?

    We recommend 2-3 treats or drinks per day for best results! 

  • Do any of the treats contain fenugreek?

    None of our treats contain fenugreek! 

  • How do I store the treats and drinks/dry mixes?

    We bake our treats fresh for each order, so we recommend freezing them to prolong the freshness. We recommend storing the drink mixes and dry mixes in a cool, dry area. 

  • How long are the treats/dry mixes good for?

    Due to the fresh baked nature of our treats, we recommend freezing them when received. If stored in the freezer, they are great for 3+ months. If stored on counter, we have received lots of feedback that they are "great for weeks". The dry mixes are good for 6+ months if stored unopened in a cool, dry area. 

  • What makes your treats good for lactation, and can anyone enjoy them?

    We use galactagogues that have been known to increase milk production in breastfeeding moms for generations. Our boosting ingredients are natural and generally recognized as safe for anyone to enjoy!

  • What is Route Package Protection, and do I really need this?

    Route protection ensures your package is covered in the unlikely event of damage during transit or a lost/stolen package. We highly recommend leaving Route protection on your order (Route protection is already added to your order by default). With Route, if that unlikely event happens, a quick and easy claim can be filed and upon claim approval, Ginger's will send a replacement order asap!!

  • How do I file a claim with Route Protection?

    Route sends an email when your order ships. Open the email and click resolve issue. There will be a section for you to type out what happened and upload pictures of the incident. Filing a claim with Route is very fast and easy!
