Just add milk or oatmilk the night before (6-8 hrs or more) and enjoy a quick, delicious and refreshing breakfast. Who knew oats could be refreshing?! Made with real apples in the Apple Cinnamon, real blueberries in the Blueberry, and loaded with boosting ingredients (including the oats!). Just pop in the microwave after "overnighting" them for a hot oatmeal breakfast.

The brown sugar overnight oats are one of my favorites. It’s hard to make breakfast with a newborn but this is so easy and so tasty!
set it and forget it kinda treat, which as a busy mom, I'm all in for! I'm a morning mocha kinda girl, but the blueberry one is delightful too!
I have always wanted to try over night oats because I like oatmeal. But idk if I did it right or what but wasn't really a fan on the taste.
I don’t like oatmeal , but this here, blueberry is soooo good.
