At Ginger's Bread & Treats, a mama-founded small business, we have a mission to create great tasting lactation treats for the breastfeeding mama that are affordable and effective. We are a business, but helping mamas is at the center of everything we do. We believe in continued innovation with our treats, and with our unique business. We are a small family owned and operated business and we want continual improvement in everything we do. We love to move quickly. Move quickly around the kitchen, and move quickly to roll out another one of Ginger's new treat ideas.

Ginger's motivation is simple - do better.

We are looking for a Team Member to join our small family operated business and help us run our little store - including make mixes, package treats, ship orders, clean and stock the store and kitchen and eventually even learn to bake our recipes (if Ginger ever gives up the baking duties:)

The right candidate should already possess at least a basic knowledge of food safety, have the ability to obtain a Food Handlers Permit in accordance with local regulations, an understanding of our core mission to help breastfeeding mamas, be willing to learn the GBAT way of doing things, extreme attention to detail and above all have integrity and dependability as top personal priorities. We serve people - our great customers and each other - so the right candidate will be easy to get along with and have great communication skills. We do take breaks, but other than that we are on our feet the entire day, we don't sit in the kitchen, so the right candidate will be prepared for standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs bags of flour etc during each shift.
